    none of those guys look that great,i live in england and there are plenty of big guys in my gym.

    sadly lots of people(inc this site) take a little gear,train a little and think they look ace but really they are risking their health to look like mr average.

    oh and to that bulldog geeza,,i boxed for years and my coach never ever said once i had to get to a certain bodyfat level for a fight,weight yes but bodyfat no.your coach would never want your body fat too low because of cramping etc.
