Who's run Dbol/Sust cycle?, what did you gain & what should I gain on this cycle?

Yeah guys just looking for some first hand experiences of a Dbol/Sust cycle and results. I am on Dbol/Sust at the moment and cycle is as follows:

Weeks 1-4 Dbol 40mg/day
Weeks 1-12 Sust 500mg/week

Any estimates of what I could be looking at gaining with this cycle would be great too.

To give you a bit of background my stats are 30 years old, 5'10", 170 lbs and very little body fat. I am naturally very lean so please don't criticise my weight, I am on cycle already so there would be no point anyhow. I know how hard it is for me to gain naturally and believe me before going with roids I was eating plenty and good at that. I have done two dbols only before this cycle and yeah, what I gained didn't end up staying completely.

Your gains is all up to your diet bro. All gear is a waste w/o a good diet plan IMO.

Cycle looks good. Sust should be shot EOD. Whats your plan for PCT?

I ran a similar cycle and I gained 20lbs kept 15lbs after cycle.

My diet before was poor, it is now spot on thanks to some valuable help from guys on here. Anymore positive answers very welcome...

sorry if in the process of answering the same questions day after day, while hoping someone will actually do a moment's research before posting a question, we have a little fun. the truth is there are too many variables, genetics, diet, training, tolerance to the chemicals being used, etc for us to accurately answer this question. had you checked any of the hundreds of "how much will I gain?" threads you might have realized this. in any event, I'll keep my sarcastic replies out of your threads.

Big lets cut to the chase, are you honestly expecting me to believe that all guys who are very knowledgeable on here learnt that what they know by searching through hundreds of threads??, I really don't think so. Also when you research elsewhere online there are many articles that are rubbish so how do you know what to take on board or not?, you don't. To get advice first hand is much more valuable and the safest thing to do surely.

Another point is all you big guys started from somewhere and I should imagine that very few of you gained naturally to your full potential before taking roids. Hence when you tell other people "eat to gain naturally", "your body is not ready for roids" it's a bit hard to take maybe hey.

Due to all of these points I am gonna get the hump when I receive certain responses yeah, some guys need telling and know you're trying to help but maybe go bit easier on people in future. If people feel intimidated they will feel uncomfortable, not ask questions and screw up even more surely.

I rest my case, just call me monkey bollocks from now on :-).

theres a nifty button on top left. called search. I use it all the time. it works just fine. And if i then can't find what I need. Then I shall post. But 99.9% of the time I can find exactly what I need. And even still if i can't find it.

It would be interesting to see what other people on here and elsewhere think about responses like your last one Chevrolet, how in any way is that helping people?, if anything it just comes across as a case of "the big looking down on the small" on here.

no, on the contrary some of us learned by doing this for years and years. I spend the time I do here to try to help others not waste the time I wasted by doing things wrong.
think back to when we were in school, the teachers could have given us all the answers, we would have passed all the tests, and graduated as dumb as a stone. by researching, we learn things related to the topic that we often didn't even realize we needed to learn. more important than knowing the right answer is knowing why the right answer is right. regardless my sarcasm is meant to be harmless, it's a bit difficult to conver via text the tone my responses might otherwise carry. I can tell you right now what you can expect... VERY MINIMAL gains. Your height/weight just don't seem to be right. If your were like 200lbs.... THEN OK... BUT 170 at 5'10...... PSSSHHHH Have fun. let me know your gains.

One of my relatives was semi pro up till recently for your information mate, he needed gear too as he had same natural build as me, he would make lot of you guys look very small trust me. Easier to bulk? Dude.... At a 5'10. you should outweigh me no problem. My boy is 5'7 and has never touched a weight in the gym. And he weighs like 160. AND IS LEAN. No fat on him whatsoever. Soo..... Once again Diet. You can ask every vet/mod/member(who has common sense) that diet is important. And at your age. Your metabolism should have slowed down. So gaining weight should be easier for you. It's not easier to bulk. Going threw highschool I weighed 160 all threw. Up until I finally changed my diet. I started gaining.
