Chevrolet you're understanding of peoples natural builds and how it limits them is very poor considering you're so "smart". Everyone is different, just because someone is same height it means nothing, for example someone shorter can bench easier than someone tall due to leverage.

I agree that he could and should gain more naturally, but we're beyond that. Find it hard to believe you are only 170 running that diet...... How long have you been running that for?
Not to mention IDK what kind of protein your running... 2 1/2 scoops for you is only 45g protein.
The protein I use is like 30 grams a scoop.

Tecate4E it's cool you found the diet but it was created by myself with the help of few very handy people on here, I didn't just copy it as if I did I'd only be cheating myself hey. I'm glad you can use it though and hope it goes well for you. If you need to alter it in terms of your weight compared to mine just search for BMR on here and work out your ratios/portions from there.

Anyway I typed that diet up very quickly didn't I?? lol, it's the diet created by myself and a few nice, helpful guys on here. Have a look in the diet section and you will see it, why would I lie?, I'd only be cheating myself.

and OP, its just hard to tell anyone what they will gain.....its a question that gets asked a ton of times, no harm was meant by Big or myself.... you could gain 30 lbs depending on your diet and if it is clean or dirty..... On my current bulk/cut I gained 35 lbs, but I was doing a half dirty bulk before starting my cut...so the first part of my cycle I didn't lose any bodyfat, but put on a ton of muscle....now during the cut I am losing bodyfat and eating to hold onto all the muscle I put on.......
Everybody is different , your diet looks decent, you should be able to put on 15-20 of lean mass.............
GOOD LUCK and just let all this roll off your back....afterall its just the internet
and by the way.....when I first started, I spent about 3-4 months just reading EVERY thread I could for hours a night....thats how I learned what was ok to ask and what was asked a hundred times before I ever made one post.....
