    can smoking cigs before your workout limit your success? or hurt your workouts?

    Not sure if this applies . 2 Co sticks to 1 red blood cell . Therefore your blood has to circulate thru your body X2 before you can remove the Co to add 1 O . Nicotine is a stimulate . So if you wanna lose weight and stress your heart . Smoke a kool . Don't worry about the addiction of nicotine . Vodka can help with that . Oh ya , vodka is good for you like smoking . It's a diuretic.

    no it is good for you... i would suggest lifting and smoking at the same time.

    get rid of the filthy things .....you will notice the difference and you will gain 15lbs just from giving up

    This is a habit you need to kick, putting these long thin objects in your mouth isnt good. Speak to DSM he has many alternatives...

    does smoking make you feel alive? it does for me, for 5 mins every fag, but for the rest of them time I feel more lethargic. there's the answer..

    i a few a week lol. wish i would not but after a big meal or when i am done getting down sometimes i have one with my chick.

    are you serious? i find smoking precisely 2 1/2 cigars before working out to be better then cell tech, mass tech, no x-plode, and syntha-6 combined! and after i wkout, cubans really hit the spot!!!
