OK, Last summer i was a fatass luckily i was strong and looked good in a cut off but looked like crap with my shirt off. All i wanted to do was get cut something i had never been. I wanted to get cut the quickest way possible. Which would involve AAS,Proper Diet,and Cardio. I chose to do it without AAS-Steroids.
If u wanna get cut well ur a little late summer is already here. But its ok dont worry i just got here. U can lose 2lbs a week through diet and cardio alone.
and its very easy u just have to do it.
Dont eat Crap hit the Diet Section, Find out what u need to eat. Then Calculate how many calories u need its easy
Find ur bodyfat say ur 200 pounds and 20% BF then your LBM is 160.
Divide by 2.2 =72.72 Multiply by 21.6=1570 then add 370=1940
then take that number an multiply by the activity calc
1.2 =U dont to much other than workout
1.4=U workout and get around a good amount
1.6=U workout and are very active
1.725=U workout twice a day or u workout and are very very active
so u get than number say its 3000 so u need about 3000 calories to not lose anything to maintain ur current weight. Then i say subtract 300 calories so u have 2700. So now your in a Deficit and will lose Fat, now ontop of this you will Lift weights as usual (Lift Heavy IMO to keep the Muscle u have 5-8 reps) and you will also do cardio 25-45mins a day, preferably on an empty stomach 1st thing in morning when blood sugar levels are lowest, or whenever you have the time. At this rate you will lose about 1.5 lbs a week do this for 4-6 weeks. After 2 weeks drop 100more calories from either fat or carbs. then 2 weeks later drop another 100 calories if you not at your desired leanness.
so in 10 weeks you could lose 15-20lbs of fat and keep your muscle being your eating the proper foods, not garbage and lifting heavy.
Now for the Drugs,
If you have never done steroids is would keep it that way untill your at least 12-14% BF.
If you have dont them you probably dont need my advice.
Ok couple things
Winny isnt a Fat Burning Cutting steroid. People use it when they CUT and are lean to harden up and dry out, or at least obtain that look.
Anavar on the other hand can be used for Cutting its expensive but yes u can take it to cut.
Wouldnt run any of them without Testosterone though but im sure you will.
You could also use T3 which will help you leanout faster but wouldnt reccomend using it without Test because how Catabolic(Muscle Wasting) it can be. If u do use it though without test keeps your Cals high and use cardio to take the fat off.
If your a Baddass and arent to High Of Bodyfat, Tren and Test prop with some T3 with shred you to the Bone in no time.

oh ya same goes for the ECA stack Btw
So its really diet and cardio to Cut, if your scared of needles and i guess some Var if you have the Wallet.
and as far a HGH goes well if your using HGH to cut u have a huge wallet and minds well get liposuction if you want to lose weight that bad
I dunno so im sure u still wanna pop a pill and have a 6 pack but it just doesnt work like that sorry.
