listen when it comes to this site you came here for a reason ....you are asking a question that you dont want to hear the answers for ....listen man im all for you getting big and looking good but when you ask a question about using steroids you are asking about a drug ...and with all drugs they come with side effects and they are not to be taken litely ....yes yes yes you have heard it all before ..you are to young to use , you will fuse your growth plates ...yada yada yada ...these guys arnt saying this so they can see there own writing up on the computer , they are trying to help ....seriously a shitload of chicken breast , eggs , fish , red meat , protien and other supps will get you top where you want to be ....and as far as i know here cos im only new myself the person you want to listen to here the most is T-Mos so listen to his advice ....peace

8:00.... about 75 high quality carbs mixed with a little simple carb to re-boost from my 8 hr sleep, a rough estimate, around 20-30g protein around 10g fat or less
11:30.... 8-10oz chicken + apple or some other fruit some days just the chicken
2:30/ 3:00... fish, chicken, steak, 6-10oz, and about 10 carbs
4:45 1 scoop whey, 20g protein 0 fat 0 carb
5:00 gym
6:15/6:30 1 1/2 - 2 scoops whey protein + banana, rasins or some other fruit
7:00/7:15 some type of meet maybe some vegitables, keeping cabs low
9:00/10:00ish another scoop protein, or cottage cheese, again high protein low carb
and every few days i will increase my carbs

at my age, my hormone levels are already on the decline, so IF they don't come back to normal after a cycle, its no big deal, cause they were low already
at YOUR age they are at their PEAK....... so after a cycle IF they don't come back, then you are SCREWED for the rest of your life
that is why AGE is so important
PLUS, your growth plates do NOT naturally fuse until your MID twenties.... MINE are already fused, no worries, but YOU , still have different growth to worry about , not just height

You did say that you only wanted to do 6 weeks of test and if im not mistaken it takes 5-6 weeks to see results on strait test anyway...so essentially you wouldnt even see the gains your looking for

Listen, IF i thought it was the best thing for you at this time, I would be the first one outlineing your cycle........... I am HERE doing this for FREE because I care, and I dont' want you to become another statistic for the media to say just how bad steroids are..............
I know the desire to be bigger.....but your POTENTIAL is SO GREAT right now IF you just change a few things in your diet and training.... steroids are NOT magic.... GOD i wish they were........ I LIVE AND BREATHE by the clock... and when its time to eat, what to eat, when to take a shot, how much...... its NOT easy
a 6 week cycle is really NO GOOD for a beginner as it would require EVERYDAY SHOTS that will be painful.....
steroids are held in suspension by what are called ESTERS, and the esters determine how fast or slow the steroid is released into the blood stream
so , to do a six week cycle, you would need a FAST ester, which would mean Everyday SHOTS, that will be painful for 3 days in each site you shoot....
The exogenous hormone you shoot WILL shut down your natural production of testosterone, it WILL convert to the FEMALE hormone ESTROGEN which can produce what we call BITCH TITS.......
You will HAVE to take several compounds AFTER you are done with the injections in HOPES to restart your Natural production and bring back your estrogen levels to what would be normal for a man your age..........and there is NO guarantee that your natural levels of hormones will return !!!!
see, its NOT as simple as popping a pill or taking a shot.......... if it was, hey, go for it........ I would be the first to tell you how to inject !!!!

one of the few reasons i wanted to take them was because i know of about 5 people my age who have taken them with little to no sides and a few people on them right now with same results
ok try this
7am: 3eggs 3 egg whites , cup of oats , apple
9:30: chicken breast with brown rice and sweet potato
12: 200grm piece of fish , mixed vegies and brown rice
2pm: tuna pasta , with salad
4pm : pre workout 2 scoops whey protein , half a cup of rice and mixed vegies
5:30pm post workout ....2 scoops whey protein with skim milk , small tub cottage cheese
7:30: 300grm steak with vegies and pasta or rice
9:30: 2 scoops whey protein , glutamine , BCAAs , and apple ...
EAT EAT EAT EAT
Diet is not my area of Expertise. BUT , if you start a thread in the diet section and look for Phate, jamyjamjr, or eatrainrest, they are the diet GURU's and IF you are willing to do the work, they will help you for FREE what people pay HUNDREDS for in a gym........

what i am doing is putting on muscle and cutting fat so im gonna try to stick with this, does anyone have advice on how to pick this up and make it a little better
my diet is bsically high protein through out the day, high carb for breakfast and aside from post workout and a little pre workout my carbs stay around 10g per meal

OK, what you have to keep in mind here is ALL that i have told you so far, these kids have NO IDEA what they are doing to their body...
SURE you will make gains, you will look r i p p e d FOR THE TIME BEING
but what about AFTER......... PCT is the MOST important part of using any steroid... I bet your 5 friends have NO CLUE what PCT is or HOW their body will restart what they SHUT DOWN..........
this isn't a sprint., this is a marathon........... they may be screwing up their HPTA and before they are 30 could be on TRT for the rest of their lives, possibly NOT being able to have children..........and other complications that they don't think about because of their AGE.......

i knwo that 2 of the few that took them were atleast 2 years ago
one of them went from being very skinny to very large very fast
and afterward he kept alot of his gains and is still very strong and pretty big today

What we see a hundred times EVERYDAY is people who think they have a decent diet......and for the most part IT IS a decent diet.
Yours isn't terrible......... but for YOUR GOALS, it is NOT what it should be.. that is what is holding you back
what you need to do , is
go to OUR diet section, start a thread, list EVERYTHING you eat in a typical day.....the more information the better........
this is where it gets serious...... you either WANT to get big, you you just ......wish you were big..... IF you WANT to get BIG, then you will do the math
you will count your calories..... you will list everything you eat, the times you eat it, and the macros, if you knwo them (macros, are the breakdown of the amounts of proteins, carbs, and fats, in any food substance)
layout your typical days food intake , just like you did in this thread, and they will give you WORK TO DO
they will give you MATH to do, you will need to figure out just how many calories you need in a day to maintain the body you have
everything else will work off of that
You came this far........now go the distance and do it right, show your friends, set the example.........you will make MORE SOLID gains then their temporary gains....cause if you don't know how to eat to grow, how will you eat to keep the gains you make from steroids?????

nothing i can add T-MOS said it all, i would just tell you to go to the diet forum read the stickies,formulate you a diet to meet your goals and post it up with macros,your diet is not so bad but you are not going to grow on that diet,if you put together a solid bulk or lean bulk diet add in your age and optimal hormone levels you will be suprised at the progress you will make. goodluck
You have gotten some good advise from T-MOS and you are doing a good thing by listening and learning.
Yes it's tough seeing these kind of gains from your freind but it reallyis about the Tortes and the hair; it's not a sprint.
Your friend is only 19, he has no idea what damage he may have already done and may not know for several years. Re read all the things T-MOS told you. I have read them several times and it's still sinking in. I'm SO glad I never did them as a kid but I sure thought about it and wanted to. Luckily I got distracted.
Start changing up your diet and you will start seeing more gains quicker. If you wait until you are in your mid 20s and you keep learning here you will go back to your 10 yr reunion being HUGE and your friends will be Fat, bald and probably have health issues.
BTW a quick story. One of the guys I went to school with started Steroids our seniour year (18) Up until then we where about the same size. We both loved weights.
He started to grow fast. He talked to me about using them also. I almost did..
1 yr after graduation he won Mr. Teen bodybuilding for our state.
2 yrs later he died due to kidney failure.
