Turned 24 last month - thinking of cycling

I've been relatively skinny for a while. Got my gym membership and been going pretty consistently. I have seen some gains but not as much as I would like. I am thinking of taking turnabol (oral) for a 30 day cycle - 1 pill a day which I think is 10mg per day.

Any suggestions would be appreciated - Edited...Big was here...

That cycle is crap. Second, how long have you been going to the gym? How much do you weigh? Whats your hight? body fat %? Diet?

    130lbs of fat? Muscle?

    Diet?

That cycle will do nothing for you. It would be like taking a spoonfull of protein and saying you take protein.

YOU NEED FOOD! GO to the store and buy food. My 13 year old sister weighs as much as you and shes like the same height. Sorry to be a dick... but you need a diet no steroids. That cycle itself is garbage. Spend time eating. and researching. Just because you decided to go back to the gym and aren't seeing the gains you want doesn't mean steroids are an option. You need to be training longer, harder, and get that diet intact.

    At 5'6 I didn't start cycle until I was 170+.

I would recommend waiting until you at least approach your natural potential, you aren't even close. once you are ready, 10mg/day tbol is a waste of time and gear.

When i was 130 lbs, I ate everything in sight and i think i worked out 3 times a day (Before school, during school, at night). I probably took in 5000 calories a day, and like 150 g of protein. I think within 18 months i shot to 185 and still had a six pack. I'm just tryin to say if you wanna get bigger, and you're that small, just eat and train. You shouldn't consider gear until you've got a couple of hard fought years with the iron, IMO.

hmm really so i wont see any differences? ok, i will try working out twice a day one in morning and one at night

even if you have gains(water) you will lose it all, so to answer your question it's not worth it

I'm always a little confused when people who are wanting to bulk feel a need to increase their appetite. When I'm bulking, I eat because it's the fuel I need to grow, not because I'm hungry. I'll set the alarm on my phone and I'm eating many times a day, and for months at a time I never let myself even think of getting hungry. I'm not suggesting eating till you're sick, but if you're waiting till you feel hungry to eat you're waiting too long.

Dude you must listen to what the people are saying. I read here day in day out and have done for the past year now and i will say it again. DIET is the only thing you need to be worrying about.

Dont try any steroids, stick around here and read and read. I was in the same situation as you around 12mths ago and have learned so much and climbed to a decent weight but most of all learned whats needed to know. I still wont touch any steriods for around another 6mths and even then i am still 50/50 due to my diet/training and work commitments.

So get into diet section and read and get a diet planned and learn more on training routines

    Good luck.

one would think most users on a steroids forum would suggest or even recommend taking steroids - I am surprised
    thanks

most forums do, but on this forum we try to recommend whats best for the person, if that's steroids then so be it, but most of the time it's diet/training etc...

that's what really sets this place apart from many others, we take the time to identify the best ways for someone to meet their goals and advise accordingly.

Agreed, that is why I am here and not on any of the other boards. I'm here to LEARN, be educated about diet, exercise and what is healthy for ME, not to buy steroids
