There has also been talk about people using Ginger Root extract to help with general joint pain. I started a few days ago with Ginger Tea and Ginger Root pills but have not noticed much yet...

Keep with the stretching and ice after workout, heat before. Yes also look up rotator cuff exercises on youtube, they are done with LIGHT weight and also help.

I dislocated both my shoulders. I dislocated the right one so bad it now rests lower than the left. If you look close I am lopsided a little. Anyway, I have shoulder problems. I used to get sharp shooting pains randommly (not while working out) throughout the day, especially when I do military press styles of sets. I would also get moderate pain while working out in general. I did do rehab, and I am at my best. I put up with it, but now that I am using Deca I have no problems at all. I have no severe random shooting pains, aches, or moderate pain. This is very nice news to me becuase I wasn't sure how hard I was going to be able to train my shoulders or bench. So, my two cents; deca has helped me alot with my shoulder pain. I'm curious if it will all come back after my cycle.
