I was off over a month due to my shoulder and it's still nagging me. I got a cortizone shot that helped a LOT, actually 2 shots in 2 weeks. Also Deca is supposed to help a lot of people with joint pain but be careful it may add some water you dont want so if you do it keep it LOW dose like 100mg. There has also been talk about people using Ginger Root extract to help with general joint pain. I started a few days ago with Ginger Tea and Ginger Root pills but have not noticed much yet...
Keep with the stretching and ice after workout, heat before. Yes also look up rotator cuff exercises on youtube, they are done with LIGHT weight and also help.
