I've cycled win and tp together before and finished by dropping the win and adding tren e. i've never taked clen or t3 before. As far as my diet goes i take anywhere from 300 to 350 grams of protein a day mainly by whey protein, egg whites, chicken and fish. i stay away from red meat for the most part but i have to have a ny strip from time to time. usually some oats in the am to get my day started and most of my carbs come from fresh produce. i don't vary my food often when i'm trying to cut. i stick with what works and try to cut my calories and sodium intake down.
