I'm progressively tryin to get this diet down...i'm doing well but still struggle to actually get the number of calories in me per day. I just eat ground beef on a plate, and rice with butter and hot sauce...it's gettin REAL old...but idk how to switch things up

and I need to eat more breakfast, and pre bed meal
