last week of july right up to cruise woot.
it's pretty sweet to be unemployed and still have such luxuries as a cycle and cruise on the horizon.
after that I'll be out of gear and maybe quit for life????

gym is done. good workout.
I'm trying to drop weight so cardio is a must at least once a day. I'm aiming for twice a day.
I don't like it either but it's part of the plan.
My diet is lacking right now though, I'm having a hard time coming up with enough clean calories in 6 meals without complex carbs.
I did all of the exercises x4 sets
seated shoulder press machine 12, 10, 10, 8
lateral flys 12, 12, 12, 12
seated dumbell press 12, 10, 10 , 8
centered standing plate raises 12, 12, 12, 12
behind the neck military press 8, 8, 6
shoulder shrugs
it's a little sketchy right now until i get a good routine planned out
God you make me look like a slacker, I do
4x8 dumbell press
4x10 barbell press/millitary press
4x10 side/front and rear lateral raises.
By the end of the lateral raises I can barelly lift my arms.The next day my shoulders feel weaker but NEVER get that '' exersised/ discomfort'' feeling if you get my drift.It bugs the hell out of me.
You know... I'm bad I'm bad....
