Is there anything that adds a little muscle with out a bunch or water . I also was 24% body fat a while back. I am eating right and running and excercising alot. Narkissos has helped me with diet and cardio. I just am running out of time for what I want to accomplish. I am not trying to be an ass, I know cardio and eating is the way. I just need a little help to get there faster
