I don't think it has been done in humans. It is genetic mutation that blocks it and usually the ones that can pack on tons of muscle really fast are the ones that are lacking.Originally Posted by Dancer
There has been humans that are genetically tested that have this mutation. remember we aren't designed to have large huge muscles but there are a few in this world that get lucky, usually come from athletes or hard laborers, or good genetic stock.
I don't think it will however provide a crazy amount of muscle if we do figure out how to turn off the gene and be safe about it in humans.
People will still need to use large amounts of AAS and growth in order to look like a Mr. Olympia it would just make it possible for more people to actually get there cause has we all know it doesn't matter how much juice you put in someone if they don't have the genetics they won't make no matter how hard they try
