    Rookie Doing his research

Here is where i am at. On Feb 02 2009 i weighed in at 279lbs and decided i know longer want to be a fat pig. i started a diet keeping my calorie intake to 1500 - 1700 per day with a daily walk. In April i started at a near by Gym still mostly treadmill. In May i increased my cardio and started weights (following a basic work out) now im at the gym twice a day keeping the cardio with daily weight. yesterday i weighed in at 215, but i have a long way to go.

i have beed researching a cycle but am affraid to gain. a friend suggested EQ with Prop or Anavar.

does anyone have an opinion on this? will this help promote more fat burn or should i wait until i drop more weight. i am sick of the flab that comes with losing this much weight this fast.

come on over to the diet forum and start a thread, post your stats(age, weight, height,bf%) and a detailed diet for a day(including macros for each meal and totals for the day)

we'd love to help you design to diet to aid you in your quest for a better body

Problems with blood pressure, higher chance of gyno. Its worth it to get down to around 15% bf first and then you will really see the difference when you get on gear.

    Hello...

Congrats on the weight loss! Im much in the same place you where as i was 6'1 285 and started march 5th with my training going to the college track for about a month and fast walking (lost 12 pounds) then a friend turned me on to the local LA fitness where ive been going strong now 5 days a week (sometimes twice a day) but rather then all the cardio i immediately started with the weights (trying to burn the fat and turn it into muscle) and whey protein but am now incorporating more cardio being that im currently 250 and trying to get to my 220 weight with lean muscle and cut.

Ive Started a cycle of Spawn (5th day now) and noticed that my muscles are staying hard (like when pumped) and my weight has not moved up but remained the about the same, yet have seen major increases in strength (20-30 pounds on most everything) so will continue to use providing i dont see negative results
or the doctor tells me to stop ASAP (heart issues)...

Just giving you my results... Im not Mr fitness but am trying my best to look good and feel good

    thx
    M1

get your diet sorted phates here already so your half way there stay away from steroids until you drop the bf% and the steroids you suggested using are not what we would recommend for a first cycle

Keep up the good work bro. I have no knowledge to suggest what you should do, but I know I am impressed with the weight you've dropped in that amount of time. I'm just starting where you are. I was 280lbs+ two weeks ago, and now at 265lbs, working towards getting to around 230lbs. Guys like you help guys like me trying to get there. Keep it up!!!

Yeh it is not like doing a cycle is going to magically get you a 6 pack! they will help yes but if you are not in a good enough shape to start with, they can have ill affects, as they said B.P. / Heart Atack Gynecomostia (bitch tit) and cardio vascular issues! You are making great gains, Get a good fat burner, like maybe lipo 6 andf some good vitamins and maybe some other suplements. You will need those supps whether you cycle or not so you might as well start there 1st!

First let me say congratulations on your results and success so far.

However, The thing I find most disturbing about this thread is that he is thinking about doing steroids when he just started working out back in Feb. thats what 4 months ago?

IMO you should be natural at least 3 years before you think about steroids, you can gain a ton naturally and I know for a fact you aren't near your genetic potential. You don't know your body well enough at that point to know what diets and exercises work best and plain and simple you aren't experienced enough.

That's my 2 cents, if you want to start steroids before you have even had a year of lifting experience UNDER YOUR BELT go right ahead, people who cut corners this early also pay the price sooner rather than later.

    Soldier..

i thought i commented on this, but must have just thought it. steroids after reading all the good advise is on the back burner. i agree the short cut option is not for me.

i would like some feed back though on OTC supplements and fat burners. i dont think it will hurt for a little push.

    thanks

Some good OTC supplements include X-Factor, Mass Fx and Hyperdrolx2 by Anabolic Xtreme.
