I have obtained my gear to begin a short swift 8 week cycle through the summer. This is my first true cycle, previous use was only scattered teenage irresponsible use. I'm 30yrs old, 6'1", 265lbs with a high BF%. I'm assuming around 24-25%. I have been working out consistently and maintaining a quality diet for the past three weeks. I have lost 18lbs in that time. I'm am wanting to do a pure cutting cycle to go along with my workout and diet. Here's what I have and what I've been suggested by friends "in the know". I'm on the same nutritional diet plan that i was on when I played ball in college and played around 225lbs around 12% body fat naturally. Will be eating 1800-2200 calorie diet a day, 6 meals, 2 of which are meal replacement protein shakes and 1 protien bar.

This is what i have and my goal is to be around 235lbs with major lean muscle improvement and fat loss (and trust me, i have plenty to lose). A good friend of mine is a trainer and very knowledgeable and set me up on this. He told me the Tren can have substantial side effects, but also the best results. I am very open to any and all suggestion and input, positive and negative. If i sound like a total newbie or a rookie at some of this stuff it's because I am. I am here for information and help and second+ opinions.
