    Need some cycle advice and input....

    I have obtained my gear to begin a short swift 8 week cycle through the summer. This is my first true cycle, previous use was only scattered teenage irresponsible use. I'm 30yrs old, 6'1", 265lbs with a high BF%. I'm assuming around 24-25%. I have been working out consistently and maintaining a quality diet for the past three weeks. I have lost 18lbs in that time. I'm am wanting to do a pure cutting cycle to go along with my workout and diet. Here's what I have and what I've been suggested by friends "in the know". I'm on the same nutritional diet plan that i was on when I played ball in college and played around 225lbs around 12% body fat naturally. Will be eating 1800-2200 calorie diet a day, 6 meals, 2 of which are meal replacement protein shakes and 1 protien bar.

    TrenA -0.8cc EOD 3xWK
    Winstrol - .08cc EOD 3xWK
    Test Cyp 250 - 1.5cc 1xWK

    This is what i have and my goal is to be around 235lbs with major lean muscle improvement and fat loss (and trust me, i have plenty to lose). A good friend of mine is a trainer and very knowledgeable and set me up on this. He told me the Tren can have substantial side effects, but also the best results. I am very open to any and all suggestion and input, positive and negative. If i sound like a total newbie or a rookie at some of this stuff it's because I am. I am here for information and help and second+ opinions.

    First, it is NOT recommended to use steroids with high bodyfat over 15% as this causes a much higher risk of sides like gyno, heart problems, cholesterol etc...

    what is your previous cycle usage?

    18 lb loss in 3 weeks is pretty good ! i would keep the diet and cardio up until you are around 15%

    Test Cyp is not good for a short 8 week cycle as it is a long ester that won't kick in for 4-6 weeks. if you want a short cycle you should go with a short ester like Prop

    Tren A needs to be shot ED and winny needs to be taken ED also, NOT eod

    test suspension has NO ester attached, therefore it needs to be shot two or three TIMES EVERYDAY !!! it can be a painful shot also.

    Test Prop is a better choice and can be shot ED or EOD but since tren should be shot ED it would be fine to shoot both in same syringe and do them Daily

    BUT again, i do not think it is safe for you to cycle quite yet. your HIGH BF and harsh tren will make things even worse

    What do you have for PCT??? and any AI for during

    I was actually looking for PCT and AI suggestion. I was already thinking of continiung with what I've been doing before I start a cycle for because of the concerns you mentioned. I was told since I would be taking relitively low amounts, as a supplement to fat loss that I would probably be ok with the higher BF% than that which is ideal for a hard cycle.

    BTW, thank you for the welcome to the site. My friend did suggest that I begin the Test use a couple weeks before the Tren and Winn

    I second the Test Prop suggestion. 8 weeks of Cyp wont do much. Not to mention Prop is always used in cutting cycles. Maybe start taking some clen now to get as lean as possible? I know alot of people with high bodyfat that started cycles and it just usually gets them fatter. And you can do the Tren and Winny EOD, but it is recommended to go ED, Wll limit sides. Just my 2cents -CD

    rule of thumb is to not use tren until you have done at least 5 or 6 cycles

    Will it be worth me just doing the Winstrol and Test and not messing with the Tren? This is kind of a one time deal for me. I have no plans to do any cycles in the future. I am off work all summer (about 8-10 weeks) and I have the time to eat properly and workout as much as I want. The way I work and travel it's too hard to committ to doing a cycle and sticking to a diet and workout routine that needs to be there. I don't really care what I use, I just want to help supplement my results for the summer. I don't wanna get like a bunch of the guys on here (not that it wouldn't be cool, just not realistic for me), I just want to get to where I feel comfortable in my own skin, and at 265lbs. I don't......

    i would def stay away from tren, if you have it already id just save it for a few years down the line after a good amount of experience. Im in my 4th cycle and havent touched the stuff even though im itching to. I would run Test e or c at a 10 week minimum, but i like 12 much better. Most peeps like adding winny weeks 9-14. If you cant run a 14 week cycle i would just stick with the test also from what most people say you will be pretty disspointed with winny with a high bf%, people who are 15+bf% usually think they have bunk gear but people who are 10% and under think its an amazing compound.

    My opinion is I would wait another couple months before doing a cycle! You just started dieting and training and you can do alot without jumping right in to a cycle! I am not saying never do one, I just think you have not even got your muscles worked in until at least 6 months! could be setting yourself up for an injury

    Yes, you need to proved us with your previous cycle experience. BF% is way too high to start any cycle.

    Well OP should not be running tren or cycle at this time but on a side note i dont see much wrong with running cyp for 8 wks with tren A because all you really need it to do is keep your test levels up. Let the tren do most of the work as far as muscle building is concerned.
