Haha, yeah, I read up on them a while back, they're called 'Kegels' if I remember correctly. They're also supposed to intensify your orgasm & make you shoot further, because your basically exercising the exact muscles that contract when you bust-a-nut....Good thinking anyway, I forgot about Kegels, can't hurt, I'll give them a go!
