Hi, I am a rookie in terms of knowledge of deca, so i wanted to get some advice. is there an estimated cost deca costs on the black market? i am looking at a 10-week cycle and the guy said it is a 10 cc vial? also would anyone reccomend stacking the deca with any sort of test? i am about 5-11, 150 lbs, 32 yrs old and would like to add some mass to my frame. thanks for your help guys

u need to forget abt juice and concentrate on ur diet..ur 5"11 and only 150lbs?? man u could hit 190 easy jst by concentrating on food..

Don't be frustrated by diet recommendations . The idea is supplementation will be synergistic with natural potential . The up side is that if you are underweight you will look better when adding muscle . Good luck

Got ta have the diet and routine down first. Even if you did run a cycle right now, your gains would be min. and would soon disappear along with your money.

We use steriods to advance us past our bodys natty limits. At 5' 11" you could get to 180 to 200 easy with proper diet and HARD work. Steriods are not a short cut.

thanks for the response. any advice on where to look for possible diets to add weight? and how about workouts to add weight to a light frame? any reccomendations? in regards to the deca, is a 10 cc vial large enough for 10 weeks? what would someone reccomend as a weekly intake for any rookie using deca? thanks for all your help

LOL a 10ml vial of Deca is not enough for 10 weeks. You need about 3 vials (depending on dosage), and deca is recommended to be run 12 weeks since it takes a while to build up, but 10 weeks is fine.

Like everyone else said too light to start taking steroids, post your diet in the diet section and our vets over there will help make you a weight gaining diet. Post in the workout section to learn about some good workouts.

Best results with DECA are when dosages are 2mg per lb of bodyweight.
Whats your training and past AAS experience like? Stats?
