mixing 10ml solvent with hcg with 1cc syringe???

Hello everyone,

I have no mixed hcg before. I have 10000IU of hcg, and the 10ml solvent i want to mix with it. Though i only have a 1cc syringe with me, so would i have to pull out 1cc of air pushing the air in the solvent, and pulling out 1ml and injecting it in the hcg powder vial 10 times?

also for each ml i pull out, do i need to switch the syringe + needle to pull out another ml?
