hey guys finally managed to get all the gear for a cycle of 8 weeks which will consst of

week 1-4
dbol 30mg ed

week 1-8
sust 250 twice a week

pct
week 9-10
clomid 100mg ed
proviron 100mg ed
nolvadex 40mg ed

week 11-12
clomid 50mg ed
nolva 20mg ed

what you guys think? i should include a good anti E such as arimidex but too expensive $200. anything cheaper with just as good effect

Might want to bump this up to 40mg ED. You could start @ 30mg though.

sust 250 twice a week

Sust needs to be injected at least EOD. So 3 - 4 times per week. Just break up the dosage accordingly... IE (125mg X 4 injections per week = 500mg EW)... Also, I would run it for 10 - 12 weeks; however, if you've only got enough for 8 weeks, then go for it.

PCT should start 21 days after last injection of Sust. Proviron should only be run at 25 - 50mg each day, during PCT.

You should run the nolvadex / clomid for 4 weeks. 40/40/20/20 and 100/50/50/50

That's some retardedly expensive a-dex... but anyways, if gyno symptoms appear on cycle use the nolva @ 10mg each day... bump up to 20mg if needed, until gyno symptoms subside.

Don't bother. If you've got that much sust, then just extended the cycle to 12 weeks. Trust me, you'll end up doing it anyways lol.

You can still make great gains in weeks 8 - 12. Especially since there are like 170mg of long estered-testosterone in Sustanon. (aka the deconate, and isocaponate will not peak in blood concentrations until week 4 - 5)

and PCT timing for Sust is 18 days after last inject NOT 21.....not a huge difference, BUT if you are gonna give advice, please at least give the correct advice.....

I realize that sust can be shot twice a week. You can shoot it once a week and still make quality gains. However, I'm trying to advise him on how to properly utilize the various esters that are in sust.

Also, the PCT timing depends on the sustanon blend he has. If it has the deconate ester in it then PCT timing would be three weeks. Also, the difference between 18 - 21 days is basically nothing.

Pip, you should get your diet down pact... Saying between 3000-4000 calories a day is very vague and a large gap to be unsure of... But I'd definitely listen to seriousmass 's advice.
