I moved to a new gym. I can train legs preety good here with the new 90º and 45º less press machine and the hack squats.
But tomorrow is ARMageddon:

3 sets rope pushdows
4 sets dips
3 sets revers pulldowns.

2 sets hammer curls
4 sets straight bar curls with narrow grip.
2 sets preacher curls or pinwheel o concentration curls.

6 sets forearm curls no rest, one arm at a time.
8 sets calf raises no resting on leg at a time!

^^^^ dude i did have an inguinal hernia that did go into my sack , i let it go for a couple of years and it got worse and worse , i got the operation and its all good now ...get it checked out man

i have a lapse in health insurance at the moment but have been meaning to get it checked. that's exactly what it feels like. only thing is i cant feel definite protrusion on the abdomen.

to be honest the thought of surgery scares me.
