Testosterone levels free and total review

Thanks for more info as always.
I only got total and free.
Honestly at the time I was not sure of all the tests, but I just knew those 2.
What tests should I get done next time which will be in a week or 2.
Total Testosterone
Free Testosterone
Unbound Testosterone
LH
FSH
Estradiol
Progesterone
SHBG(Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)
Thyroxine
T3 Total/Free
CBC w/diff, comp metabolic panel
LDL
HDL
SGOT

Wish i would of got the before cycle done
When I asked for LDL and HDL they said you have to fast for 8 hours to do that
I don't fast eating every 3 hours
