I wrestled at the collegiate level for a D-1 universtiy so I have never really had a smart diet or bulk lifting regimen. I was always cutting weight, only lifting for endurance rather than strength gain, and I only ate what I could piss/shit out quickly.

I was never allowed to partake in AAS usage, therefore my knowledge is little so please STOP ASKING about what I was prepared to take as my PCT or how many cc's I had of test <---- IT'S IRRELEVANT and does not pertain to my thread whatsoever.

My diet is not disciplined but I am a disciplined individual so here's the new question I have since I am getting a lot of great responses (Juturna, T-MOS, going4******) but a lot of unrelated ones too (fitfreak, CHAP, Sauced Up, etc.)

I am going to take these winstrol pills regardless (and soon). What should my diet look like if I were going to do this winstrol only cycle? I still need a PCT since winstrol is considered a steroid right? so what should I go with for my PCT after the cycle? what should my lifting regimen be with this cycle?

Fellas... i'm not trying to be rude with calling certain replies irrevelant and I'm not trying to be misleading by avoiding certain questions but it's difficult to give you my daily diet because it fluxuates. I don't have a particular goal in mind with this cycle other then to boost my muscle by 10 or 15 pounds and I thought maybe it would cut me up more than I already am.

Okay PSU, I'm going to try to address your individual questions;

I wrestled too - we both know what it's like with dieting there - but throw all of that out the door. This forum, the gym, if you want to be serious about it - is a different world. You are not ready for a cycle IMO bro, but it's obvious by your posts that your going to take it regardless of that opinion, so I'll try to point you in the right direction (however stupid it is, sorry).

If you want a specific diet, post a thread in the DIET FORUM and I will personally help you there to come up with both a diet AND work-out regiment. Please post there and I'll answer your DIET/WORKOUT questions and after we map it out, I'll answer anything else you have about Winny and PCT, ok?
