    Damn he got bigger....that quad and calf shot was absolutely disgusting especially the calf it looked like his skinny ankle bone was gone to shatter under the pressure.

    Yeah last time I saw pictures of him was in Muscle Development in Augest, he was doing triceps and legs or something. His lats have gotten bigger I can tell you that.
