    well first off all if you want to increase your apetite, you should eat every 2 to 3 hours, make sure you get your breakfast in and that should get the ball rolling.

    also this is the life of a bodybuilder, you will have to force feed yourself and put in the hard work.

    believe me all of us at one stage or other, felt like throwing up
    i have even had the food come back on me many times.

    thanks collar, i am a selective reader and eater as well , i found your advise to be the best.
