at 6' you should be able to get to and maintain at least 210-220 lbs BEFORE ever considering steroids.

If you can't get to your natural weight, then YOUR DIET is the problem and steroids will only mask that problem for a little while and you will not keep what you gain

you have to learn to EAT TO GROW first !!! How do you expect to maintain gains if you can't even GET TO your natural potential???

and TREN is NOT for the beginner !!!
T-mos I do not disagre with you and I know you def. know your shit but just wondering??? Do you reqlly think that a 6'2" person should really be able to get to lets say 220# before cycling? So you can safely say that someone like Arnold only used the Juice to gain his last 20# of muscle? He was only 235-240# at contest time! Just seems like 220# might be just a bit of a stretch! I could be wrong! I have beed=n wrong before and I will be wrong again but just wondering

You're talking about 235lbs at anywhere from 4-5% bodyfat, massive difference.

OP, if you play basketball regularly, why are you trying to gain weight with steroids?

You don't know how to diet with your stats, I'm sorry, but it's the truth. If it sucks to hear, and you want to cycle anyway, then do your own research because no one on this board is going to help you, just the way it is.

That should not matter I am just going on the basis of being abkle to get to 220# lean and mean completly natural! I am 6' and I broke my ass for years and i was able to get to 200# naty and I ws 9% BF and that took me working my ass off! I had 17+" Arms and was pretty strong. I dd not have much luck growing after that point so I can not imagine getting anothe 20+# of muscle from somewhere! I guess it is possible but I know myself I was not going to take 5+ more years to find that out![QUOTE=football1234763119]hey guys, just 2 questions...

Yes, the height/weight ratio is just a guide, but yes, optimally if a person can't hold onto their natural potential, how can they expect to gain 20-30 lbs on a cycle and hold on to that?

the thing is you need to learn to eat to maintain, or to grow. If you know how to eat to grow, then you will be able to gain to your Natural Potential, after gaining to your natural potential, then adjusting your diet to Keep Steroid Gains will be much easier

If you are 150lbs, and eat 1000 calories to maintain that, then gain 20lbs on a cycle, that 1000 calories will no longer be enough to maintain that. You will need to increase your calories. Which you should have been doing anyway to get to your natural potential

SO, if you are not able to do that without steroids to get to your Natural Potential, how will you just magically do that just because you take a cycle of steroids

that is the number one reason you see how many guys on here doing cycle after cycle and they make gains, then lose them, so they do another cycle and make gains and lose them...... so after 5 cycles they are STILL not even at their natural potential.....they expect that steroids will magically get them bigger but they don't know how to eat to keep those gains.

Keep in mind that Arnold at 240 contest time would normally be 260-280 non contest time
