And Kat how lean is that turkey and you aren't going to eat all 1.25lbs at once are you

It's Jenny-O lean 97/3 VERY lean( well as lean as they sell it)

I love delmonico's but they are a bit marbled, so I end up getting filet when I eat red meat.

yup i go w/ 99% on the turk

red meat no less than 95%

93% is usually 8grams of saturated fat which for me is 16 grams in a of saturated fat in a 8oz of serving and thats too much for me cause I eat 2 red meat meals a day. When its white meat its 98-99% and utilize fish oils for the fats since they the optimal fat for burning fat

actually i just took it out of the oven and I didn't cook it in a regular meatloaf pan so all of the fat cooked out of it and i just drained it off
