trust me if you start eating every 2-3 hours like you need to , the appetite will follow, you will start to be able to tell what time it is by your stomach growling!! If I go n hour over my meal time I get cramps! Start eating just a few hundred calories (good nutritious calories) every few hours and just slowly add a little more food every time you feel you can! Keep a log (notebook) of what you are eating and if at the end of the day you are still short.. have a nice big milkshake and trust me with your obviously lightning fast metabolism a few extra grams of fat is not going to hurt you!!
