and actually Haz my project this weekend is to FINALLY clean out the garage and arrange what I have so far...bench, squat rack, preacher bench and pull up rack...

got a ways to go...but this is the way im going from now on...i cant stand the commercial gym anymore...plus with the family its making it harder and harder to get out of the house 4-5 times a week for 2 hours or so...
I find it more motivating to workout with just my father. I always hated waiting for machines.... people leaving weights all over the place.....

It may not be pretty...... the house is like 110 years old..... but i have some good times down in the basement with my father. It's definately serving it's purpose..... i'm doing really well right now. 3rd week of pct and i've only dropped a couple pounds..... really happy.

Get that basement cleaned out man! There's just something great about working out at home..... then walking up stairs and drinking your protein shake in your kitchen - using your own shower - and for those who use insulin..... not having to take it in a locker room and then drive home.....
