How should i train for Monster Strength? reps, exercises.
I wanna train sport specific for Grappling. To be very strong.
The diet will keep me lean, but i wanna train for strength only not size.
what exercise u think i should do. what should i exclude.
Also i want crazy strong core. like stupid ridiculous gorilla strength.
And i wanna have the best grip possible. help me brothers!!!!
