how small are your slices of bread? 50g of oats = 35g carbs + 2 slices of bread i haven't seen anywhere under 25g carbs and measure out the glass of orange juice because that is all carbs.
You've got way more than 25g carbs in meal 1.

meal 1 is messed up man, recalculate it..
just make sure you got the right macros for all before we start picking at it.

4 slices = 100 gr= 212 kcal ---> 25 gr carbs, 16 gr prot, 5 gr fat
they are very very thin.
I am from europe, we don t have the same bread, I know that american people eat bread which look like what we cal '' maxi jac" slices of bread.

ok something is wrong in my diet
I tried it during two weeks
first week, I lost 4,5 lbs
second week, I gain 3 lbs
maybe do I have too much protein or what ?
did u weigh yourself the same time of the day?? same scale??
yes, every sunday after my workouy with the same scale
so what shoul I do ?
maybe because this week, i ate my carbs before I go sleep...but i did it twice last week and because IF I didnt do it, i will have only 50 cabrs eaten
