A Day in the Life of CBGB

Got to ride the new bike to work today
Made it to work in time for two cups of coffee before starting the day
Extended Lunch, had an incredible back workout
Got a call from my mom, she was in town to drop off a new Diawa baitcaster she had picked up from an auction for me.
Put in 40 miles on the bike after work.
Wife and kids happy to see me, but have to leave for a kids B-day party.
Cooked up some red meat
Ate meat
Checked out the A-R Forum
About to call it an early night

Got up at 4:30 read a chapter out of the Love Dare book, three chapters out of Luke
Prayed for awhile on my knees.
Got dressed for the gym
Drew up ten syringes with 75mg tren a and 125 mg sus250
shot 3iu jins and one of the above cocktails
hit legs and bi's
Had PWO shake
showered
went to grocery store and bought food for the meals on wheels program I run
drove my rental to the church and cooked the food
got it packaged and delivered in my rental
came home to take a nap
went to watering hole for wings, salad, broccoli and corona in my rental
went to closing (At 3pm so not yet) went to bank to deposit my 21k check in my rental
came home and ate chicken breast and baked sweet potatoe
played on AR while watching tube
had cottage cheese/pb/and nequick chocolate flavor
went to bed at 9:30 dreamed I was on an island with naked pigmees chasing me around and throwing little cocktail pickles at me.
