Please, help me to thicken up my ankles (photos)

Does anybody notice bone growth on steroid? I mean, can steroid or others product can thicken up wrist, ankles....?
I know, maybe these questions are ridiculous but it's important to me.

Bro no, steroids will not thicken your ankles/ Besides its all in your head if your calves are bustin `out of your skin no one will think of those ankles anyways. I used to play basketball with this kid who was about 5'8" tops probably shorter and had ankles like that but he could dunk it was unbelievable thinking about it those ankles never hurt anything for him.

it's all genetics. doesnt mean u cant get ur calf muscles bigger.
