Recently my father (now 53) has aquired some anadrol 50. He is currently on winnie 25mg oral for the past three weeks. He does not have much experience nor does he have a PCT in place or planned. I need to convince him not to take these because I feel they are safe for him. Any thoughts to at least convince him of a safer cycle that would include a PCT?

steroids that are heavy on the liver are really not preferable in cases of older people. the regeneration of the liver is strongly slowed after a certain age, body can't be stressed with adrol 50 without a valid reason. better put him on a HRT-like cycle. low dosage, cruising. better than any oral.

My suggestion would be to bring to the forum and y'all do some research together. It would give him a chance to get comfortable researching what he is doing and improve upon his cycle and probably the health implications.
Let him know there are plenty of older guys here. I'm well on my way to 45 years old and know of at least one other 40+ year old that has posted in this thread.

I agree, there is nothing wrong with using them at his age, but he's got to realize that he's not 25 anymore and his body isn't the same either. He used to go to mexico when I was a kid and stock up for the year, but it has been about 20 years since then (and about 50 pounds). I guess there is only so much I can say to him, I will have to let him figure that out for himself when he's got about a B cup.

I guess it's just one of those times when he found someone who told him what he wanted to hear. He was really putting a lot of effort in the beginning to do it right, but I guess he got off track. I really want to help him, any suggestions on what I can tell him to take with it? I know he's not going to stop taking it.
