    Ok here is my first question thinking rationally.

    Is No nonsense muscel building effective?

    he stresses tri sets, and crash sets. Thats his training reg.

    I like his approach. And I dont need protien shakes?

    Im not that bad out of shape, not to the point where I cant do anything.

    here are my rough exact measurements.

    I dont need your help constructing a diet a fitness reg. My one good quality is I can think critically for myself; my obvious bad point is im impatient.

    Age: 21

    Hieght: 5-11

    Wieght: 175-180

    BF%: 14-16%

    I can do 5 wide grip pull ups to get u were im at strength wise.

    I goto school 4 days a week and just got a full time job at the borgata.

    help.

    now I was never a skinny kid, not saying im fat. In highschool playing basketball. I was 165 and thick. I was always thick, and had muscel. Just was never toned to the extreme that im striving for now.

    u have changed ur stats now 3 times. how do u not know how tall u are, u got called out already on it.

    everyone has tried to be helpful, but u still refuse to help urself. u never listed ur meals because u think u know it all..
    u my friend are a troll, and with that, im done.....
