8 % at most. been told by one measurement that i am 5 which i think is crap. but imn pretty ripped. my diet is now a high protein 250-300 gram low gi carb diet, 50-100 gram diet (intake is rotated)

i am amiming for lean mass. on mg 500 mg of tren en, 500mg of prop. just added equipose (600 mg a week)

i do HIT bag work 4-5 times a week. do proper HIIT three times

Say you through in 50mg ED thats 350mg week... You already have 1600mg of androgens...

Its like this you got this big ass bonn fire shooting flames 30 feet into the air and you are throughing in a few pieced of wood...

Winny will make little to no noticable difference in that stack...

I been on so much shit before I didnt know what aas was doing what.

I save the winny for some other cycle IMHO
