My diet right now is what I would call "normal" I eat normal food. I dont eat anything special or the likes I just try to eat healthy. I dont eat take outs and the likes love eating my veg! I always aim to get 5 portions of fruit of veg a day.
ehhhh man this is gonna be a hard one: what you aim for and what you eat are totaly different. now come on so far you listed fruits and veggies. and now your over weight and do MMA? something aint right...maybe u ate like crap for a long time and stop doing any physical activity and put on some weight. now u lost a lil thru some diets and eat a lil better and now do some activity. ? but ya just a guess.
