    yeah vit c does help

    i havent read anything in terms of scientific data that supports it. but from my experience and a few other bros who have mega dosed vit c... it helps

    Ahem.....I'll b 50 on Saturday so I feel qualified to answer this - they do get bigger as you age- but most guys are married and that counter acts the effects of the growth by as much as 50%. And then if you work full time you get kicked in the nuts on average twice a week after you get to middle management - unless you're the boss like me then it's daily....;-)
