I was very pleased with the Epi. Weight was up 12 lbs. and lost a little fat. Strength gains were very nice, put 30 on bench, squats were up 90 and deads were up 100. I was able to get an inch on the legs, 2 on the chest and around 5/8" on arms.
Only drawback that I experienced was joint pain. I have glucosamine now so hopefully that will alleviate the pain a little for next time.
Starting 3rd week of PCT and have been able to keep everything, even gone up on a few lifts.
