    Sustanon 600, eq 400 & e-stane.

    Here it is

    1-10 Sustanon 600mg/wk
    1-10 eq 400mg/wk
    2-8 e-stane (Mepitiostane) 40-50mg/day, depending on how bad shin pumps get

    Weight: 180
    BF: 9%
    Height: 5' 10"


    History:
    I have been lifting since i was 14. I lifted somewhat good as a youth, ate terribly. I eat good now and have much better form and knowledge. I have done a few cycles, this is probably the highest dosed one. I dose somewhat modestly. Previous include (test 500/wk, superdrol),(test 250/wk, eq 600/wk, dbol 40/day), (test 250/wk,deca 300/wk), and and deca and eq cycle.

    I have gotten up to about 210, and i do not like being that big. Joints hurt, clothes dont fit, and i sweat like a obese woman giving birth in a sauna. 200 is that max id like to reach, if even. I play soccer in an adult league, so i cant get too extreme or it becomes impossible to run long. I can recal at least one game where i had to bench myself and stop playing due to the WORST shin pumps/splints ever (was on cycle). But i still love to cycle, the rawness, the strength, its great. I have reached 190 natty before, and also 190 on gear. I looked somewhat similar, but on gear i was a shitload stronger. So none of this "..but you could do it naturally" stuff. I am an ectomorph by nature, which is why i think my body starts to suffer when i get to heavy, i just dont think my frame is meant to carry that weight.

    Before this cycle - I have been lifting regularly, and eating pretty good. After working landscape last summer at about 200lb, i decided i will never do that again, so i dropped to 180 (same job still), and life is much better. Due to the nature of my work, i burn a lot of calories, and am pretty cut. I started creatine before this cycle, and will run it a bit into the cycle. I also changed my workout routine, due to lack of equipment, to less heavy lifting and more high rep stuff like pushups, chinups, crunches, etc. My joints needed a break. Obviously, i cannot put up as much weight because of this, which is fine, my aim is now endurance.

    This cycle is supposed to be a cutter. I want to get cut, and see a lot of striations. And Veins. This is why i chose test, eq, and e-stane. E-stane, which i have used before, is cheap, a REAL steroid, somehow legal, and great for cutting. It is also suspected to be effective in the anti-aromatase department. I also chose EQ, because deca gives me the worst sides, and eq doesnt. Just solid predictable gains, albeit not super potent. I will be incorporating a lot more running and cardio, and high rep lifting. All my previous cycles were about size and strength. I got where i wanted to be, now i want to cut and pretty much aim for general fitness in every aspect. I want NO water weight.

    I have taken 2 shots of sust and eq so far, and not started the e-stane. My weight is up maybe 1 lb, but i would suspect a margin of error that would negate this. It has not even been a week since i started. I will say that i am hungry as hell, way more than usual. I am not sure whether to attribute this to eq or not.

    Anyway, i will have a real gym at my disposal in a week, so i can begin to lift more seriously. Ill try and get a picture up here soon.

    Sus is 250 mg. So 2 shots is only 500.

    As for working out, i have employed a new plan. Previously i did the same stuff every week, which made it easy to track my progress via increases in weight lifted. As of this year, i have started to randomize my workouts, and try not to do the same stuff too often. My thought is that it will shock my muscles more, and give a better overall workout to each muscle fiber. I also incorporate varying amounts of sets and reps, supersets, drops sets, etc. For example, here is chest day on two seperate weeks:

    Week 1:
    Bench press: 4 set, 8 reps each. Dropsets
    Flies: 3 set, 10 reps, increasing weight
    Pushups: 3-4 sets, to failure
    Incline dumbell:
    set 1: low weight, 12 reps
    set 2: more weight 10 reps
    set 3: more weight 8 reps... and so on.

    Week 2:
    Incline bench:
    set 1: low weight, 12 reps
    set 2: more weight 10 reps... so on
    Hammer press: 3 sets, 10 reps each, on last set, ladder weight down 10 lbs each time until failure.
    Cable flies: 3 sets, 10 reps, dropsets, increasing rep durations as weight goes down.

    I have found that i get much better results doing this, and plateau less frequently, even naturally. It does make it harder to gauge strength gains based on numbers, but i am willing to sacrifice that. If anyone has suggestions on this routine, please let me know

    UG. 300/ml. I suppose i shouldnt call it sust, but it is multi-estered. I would rather get Test E, but @ 250mg/ml it was the same price as the sust, so naturally i want the better deal. I pin 3 x a week, which is basically EOD

    They say this cycle is a beast my friend ran sust solo and said it was a beast he's 6 weeks in on this same cycle except I think doses are different and he loves it says EQ moves slow but its a great cycle. I plan on trying Sust solo with Dbol kick start next currently on Test e solo first cycle. GOOD LUCK

    Nolva has been upped, and i am looking very dry and adding mass. I am at about the same weight, but have cut significant fat already while gaining muscle. I have taken it easy on the carbs, also, since this is a cutter, and instead of high cal. stuff like rice and oatmeal, i have been eating fruit with small portions of the aforementioned. i feel that the short ester in the sust is really kicking fast. Im seeings cuts on my abs that i havent had before, along the obliques. Cant weight to start the e-stane. Havent been through the cycle enough to comment on weight lifted increases, its been less than 2 weeks.

    I have also been using albuterol 2x daily, in the form of inhaleer. Morning and pre workout.

    The bad news- I did a quad shot, and it didnt turn out good. I did it mon. Today is fri, and it is still swollen and painful. Not quite red, so im unsure what to think. I monitoring it closely, perhaps i knicked a veins or shot in between muscles, cuz ive done many quad shots b4, none ended up like this. If it is an infection, i will start with doxycycline, and if that does not do it, i also keep cephalexin on hand.

    I have also been getting bad headaches at night, around 5-9 pm. I doubt i have high BP, as i am holding little water and have done cycles before without this problem. I believe it may be caffiene (or lack therof) related. They are pretty bad on occasion, i aborted yesterdays arm workout because of it. And that is a rare thing
