Why is IGF not used as commonly as AAS

I had 2 different sources and my 1st one was sigma brand..... as good as it gets.....

My father used it..... same dosage. He had 2 different sources.... one was the same as one of mine. So 3 sources total..... no effect. I don't believe the stuff works..... then again.... i havn't tried it with insulin. I'm not too inclined to go THAT far tho.....
