I like to eat mine this way.
Boil your red taters for about 20-30 minutes... Then cut them up into quarter chunks.
Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle spices over, and bake or broil for another 10-15 minutes. They are delicious.
I use rosemary, oregano, pepper, and sometimes some celtic sea salt.
