Boil your red taters for about 20-30 minutes... Then cut them up into quarter chunks.

Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle spices over, and bake or broil for another 10-15 minutes. They are delicious.

I use rosemary, oregano, pepper, and sometimes some celtic sea salt.
I do the same thing, right down to the spices!

Another thing I do is slice them up and put them in aluminum foil with some EVOO, onions, and assorted spices. Throw them on the grill while the steaks are cooking. Eat and Enjoy.
