From what I have read both hinder gains while on cycle.....most choose adex while on cycle to combat sides at .25mg eod and use the nolva for 4 weeks dosed 40/20/20/20

to combat sides as stated above.......do some research man it is clearly stated under the profile section of amirdex......gyno,bloat anything caused by estrogen...you only take it if needed

adex is an AI. which means it stop testosterone from aromatizing to estrogen. nolva is better for PCT because it is a serm which means it stops estrogen from binding to mammary glands. Stops gyno

Did you really have the entire gland removed? If you didn't you could still get Gyno again. I have had friends have it happen. There are other sides that adex can help with as far as estro goes such as bloat and high blood pressure as well. Adex is cheap! would never run a cycle with out having it on hand just in case.

Do some research on PCT. I would add clomid as well.

Top right corner of the page. You can order clomid from there and you dont want to run hcg after the cycle as it can be suppressive. Check out the PCT stickies.
