then prep the chicken(put in zip bags with the desires amount), take an empty bottle and make some olive oil dressing or buy it, then just put salad in a container the day of and put the dressing on before you eat it, as long as you keep it in a cooler it'll be fine, or just throw a freezer bag in the container with it
you can also make egg muffins like this, i thought of doing this for my dad since he's so busy, just make a mixture with egg whites, egg yolks, veggies, some fat free cheese if you like
then portion it into muffin cups, back at 350 for 20 minutes or so(depending on oven), and now you have protein egg muffins that have been cooked and are great IMO
