while in the first pic you looked very good the second show that you have great structural flaws.....as in wide hips.
now i'm not an expert but i think that your arms are already too big (fitness or bodybuilding...if bodybuilding then they aren't) when compared to the rest of your body. you should try and work more towards tightening your midsection, and working on your quads and back. also try avoiding squats because they'll widen your hips even more.
