    Am I eating too much???

    Age 22
    Heigh 6' 2"
    Weight 206 lbs
    BF roughly 15%
    2nd cycle
    Years training- 2

    Test E 500mg a week, Deca 300mg a week

    I train 4 days a week, chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders/forearms

    Sample diet-

Breakfast- 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 4 pieces of toast

Late Breakfast- 2 1/2 cups of brown rice, 8 ounces of turkey breast deli meat

Lunch- 2 1/2 cups of brown rice, 6-8oz grilled chicken breast

Late Lunch- 2 cups brown rice or 3-4 pieces of wheat bread, turkey or chicken or ground beaf

Post Workout Shake w/ milk- 900 calories

Dinner 2 & 1/2 cups brown rice, grilled chicken or ground beaf.

I pretty much eat alot of meat and brown rice or wheat bread til i'm stuffed every meal, and then a weight gainer shake after my workout

I'm never gonna be able to break down to the exact gram of protein, carbs, and fat intake, but this is my general diet

I'm constantly worried I'm not eating enough because I am a hard gainer, but I think i might eat too much some times....

    ANY THOUGHTS?

tough to say without macros, bmr, tdee.

but over 9cups of brown rice a day?! shit. are you doing any cardio? putting on fat?

why can't you break down every gram of protein/carb/fat? It's not that hard. If you're serious about bodybuilding, it's a must.

The rice was the first thing I pointed out in the other thread, that diet has too many carbs.

    hidden in the protein sources?

he listed chicken and turkey as his primary protein sources (besides the 2 eggs in the am).

how is that enough fats? 7oz. of chicken has 1g of fat, my friend.

This is exactly what I noticed as well. Get some avocado, PB, Nuts, flax, fatty fish, etc into your meals. By looking at it you don't need that many carbs....4 pieces of toast is overkill....go with 2 pieces with PB.

ok, i would up protien in the bfast. if you hit about 45-60g's with those four toast peices lookin good. probobly cut some of that rice out, and put like a sweet potatoe or somthin in there, maybe qouina(sp) is a GREAT food. your eatin a lot of carbs. id proboly hit the meat more. but at least most your meals arnt shakes! good job man.
