Test E is a long ester. Should be shot atleast every 3.5 days. about a cc each time... 250-300mgs a shot is usually good. averaging 500-600mgs a week.

Where as

Sust is made up of short and long esters. therfore it needs to be shot more often. Eod at minimum a cc atleast. But it will act faster due to the short esters in it.
