hot sauce on top,
cook with mrs. dash.
wash down with water.
man up and eat it.
put it in a blender with cinnamon and water and just down it...![]()
i dont know about that blender idea...............
ok here is one seriously good
this is for 4 lbs chicken breast
1 large lemon
2-3 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs italian seasoning (any gorcery store)
1/8 tbs mustard seed, ground
1 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs paprika
3-4 tbs olive oil
a dash of: ground black pepper, basil, oregano and hot sauce as muc as u like.
by dash a mean a rich sprinkle, keep in mind its a 4lbs reciepe.
mix all well, and let it sit for 2-3 hours, then turn on oven and set at 425 degrees.
put the chicken in a greased tray, i use olive oil or grapeseed oil for that. and put the chicken in the oven WITHOUT WAITING FOR THE OVEN TO PREHEAT just do that 5 minutes after u turn it on.
let it bake for 25 minutes and ......enjoy.
McCormick makes some premade marinade packs that are pretty good. You just add water and oil (optional) and bake or grill. I had the tomato & basil one the other night and it was decent. If you bake it, dump the extra marinade into the baking dish with your chicken so it doesn't dry out, there won't be a lot.
sea salt... found out about it from one of jay cutlers videos and just a little bit on plain grilled chicken makes it takes soooo good after eating my grilled chicken completely plain for about a year.

This should help with anything you ever cook
MUCH APPRICIATED!! hopefully some of these new ideas will help get this shit down my throat. some of these actually sound really good... thanx again boys
i simply slice the breast about 1/2" thick stakes and fry with PAM at high temperature, then through in few tomatoes sliced in 1/4" and use sea salt, nothing else. Sometimes you can include chopped onions or green peppers.
