    First Time Taking Clen

    Whats up guys. Im 6'1 230lbs 22yo and will be starting my first cycle of clen. I wanted to come up with a schedule for how much I will be taking daily. I was thinking something like this...

    Day 1: 20mcg
    Day 2: 40mcg
    Day 3: 60mcg
    Day 4: 80mcg
    Day 5: 80mcg
    Day 6: 100mcg
    Day 7: 100mcg
    Day 8: 100mcg
    Day 9: 100mcg
    Day 10: 100mcg
    Day 11: 100mcg
    Day 12: 100mcg
    Day 13: 100mcg
    Day 14: 100mcg

    Off 2 Weeks

    Day 1: 60mcg
    Day 2: 80mcg
    Day 3: 80mcg
    Day 4: 100mcg
    Day 5: 100mcg
    Day 6: 120mcg
    Day 7: 120mcg
    Day 8: 120mcg
    Day 9: 120mcg
    Day 10: 120mcg
    Day 11: 120mcg
    Day 12: 120mcg
    Day 13: 120mcg
    Day 14: 120mcg

    Off 2 Weeks

    Day 1: 60mcg
    Day 2: 80mcg
    Day 3: 80mcg

    Does anybody see anything wrong with this? Also, when is the best time to take it? I lift when I first wake up in the morning at about 7:30-9:30am. Can I take it after that at around 10? Ive read that it shouldnt be taken close to a workout because it can interfere with breathing and ruin a workout and it shouldnt be taken anytime after 4pm. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    1st 2 weeks look good. I would try that and see how it works/and how your body reacts to it. Then choose your starting point for week 5-6

    i started at 20 mcg and worked up to 120 mcg then ran it at that for the rest of the two weeks. Then i was off for two and started right back at 120 mcg again. So basically the same as yours but just started back up at the 120

    around 10am will be fine, when i took it and if it was past noon, my sleep was all thrown off, i found it easier for me to taper down also in the end
    i start at 60mcg and work up til 120mcg that worked well for me, monitor your BP everyday and get some taurine

    thanks guys, great advice. yeah i know i gotta take 5 grams of taurine per day with lots of potassium and about 1.5 gallons of water. ill run the first 2 weeks just like i listed and see how it works without the tapering. if i have a hard time ill taper down the next 2 weeks.

    yep see how the body reacts. Everyone is different... Who know you or your body may not like it....

    5grams isnt that to much? i think it might be 500mg per day not 5grams
    look into that
    but overall your plan looks good, just keep an eye on that BP
    Whats your cardio like?

    dont go over 150mcg which obviously you do not plan..

    start slow..see how your body reacts. good luck mate

    I agree w/c-z 100%. However, I could not handle going past 80mcg/day by the 4th day. I got way too jittery, started to tremble, hr during cardio way off, and bp went up to 145/90. Everything went down and back to normal after about a week. Get yourself one of those home bp table top gadgets from walgreens for @30 bucks and monitor it daily....jmo......

    No, he means 5 grams. 500mg won't do anything to help cramps. You should take between 3g - 5g of Taurine daily.
