Does anybody see anything wrong with this? Also, when is the best time to take it? I lift when I first wake up in the morning at about 7:30-9:30am. Can I take it after that at around 10? Ive read that it shouldnt be taken close to a workout because it can interfere with breathing and ruin a workout and it shouldnt be taken anytime after 4pm. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
