Are there any sanitation issues with preloading a syringe and leaving the gear in the syringe for an exteded period of time without refridgeration?

I've never had any issues. I would preload for up to 3 weeks supply.

3 weeks is as long as Ill have per loads aswell. Unless there made from a pharm company pre loaded
