Starting to cut...bodyfat?

I spent all winter trying to bulk, and now I am trying lose this fat for the summer which is almost here. I am guessing my bf to be in the 18-20% range? I'm 5'10", 210lbs. Arms are 18", quads are lagging at 24", chest is about 48". Waist is too big.

i'd guess 18 or so... you are looking good though and you will prolly beable to cut down quicker than you think... abs are a bitch aren't they.

Hell yeah they are. I can just start to see the hint of abs, and it's killing me to see my size going away, too.

I am guessing I'll lose another 1/2" off my arms before I even have abs to speak of. Damn.

looking huge bro and even after cutting you will still look big, do not worry about losing 1 or 2 inches from your arms. what you lose is water and fat anyway. I am not good at BF guessing but yours should be around 15%

If you aren't you obviously under 15% bf.
You have vascular arm and well defined chest..

I think that it's a matter of week till you'll be lean (not talking abotu contest shape ro something just lean as in 12% bf)

you look thick bro... When you cut you might not tape as big but you sure will look bigger... Thats all that counts anyways right?

No, I am relaxed in the first pic. So anothe couple weeks....cool. Cutting is so damn hard. I swear I will never let myself get this out of shape again.

Chest is pure genetics, I think. I don't do anything weird or unusual for it, it just grows that way. I'd gladly trade some of it for a smaller waistline, though.

believe it or not bro,...... but you`ll actually look even bigger when your all cut up,....... even though the tape may show you as smaller in inches..... oh well good luck, and put the scale and the tape away for a bit and go by the mirror ,...... i know its hard to watch your size go but, the cuts are all worth it ......(IMO)....good luck ..... and trust me you will look bigger at the end anyway with all the viens and stuff

Padawan, great to see an update on your progress. You've really made some strides since I saw your pics last (a long time ago). Excellent job, keep it up. My hope is that where you are now is where I will be in another year.
